OK, it's been WAY too long since I've updated this blog. The tail end of the semester got really intense, but now I'm on vacation. The Lantern Festival in Nagasaki's Shinchi Chinatown is in full swing for the Chinese new year. I went there myself a couple days, and then my parents came to Japan, so I brought them too.

After a few days in Nagasaki, we headed off to Osaka, where we spent a few days. We enjoyed the local cuisine, visited an onsen, and saw some important landmarks.
